The 50-min sauna- dip session allows you to spend time relaxing in the sauna, and also to dip in and out of the quarry cooling down in our refreshing spa-quality lake. At the end of the 50 minutes our staff will ask you to vacate the sauna and will prepare it for the next users.
Even if you don’t get fully into the water, we recommend that you cool your body fully before going back into the sauna; if you keep heating without cooling, you are more likely to overheat or in extreme cases even burn. If you do not wish to fully immerse yourself in the water, try patting some cold water onto the top half of your body to give yourself the full contrast therapy experience.
We recommend you finish on a dip, so that your body warms naturally, so please use the 10 minutes at the end of your sauna session for a relaxing swim.
What if you want a long swim + sauna session? Please book an additional 1-hour swim session either before or after your chosen swim-sauna time as appropriate, and as available.
